“A Doomed Path” is a replacement handle scale designed by OneBean for the MW BK-2 folding knife. Marking the Year of the Snake in 2025, the artist brings the serpent from the story of Adam and Eve to life through powerful imagery. Meticulous hand inlays adorn both sides of the piece.

On the front side, a skeleton grips a venomous snake; on the back, under a red sun, Adam is depicted in the moment of temptation, reaching for the forbidden fruit. Together, these visuals symbolize death, endings, and the idea of “from death, life begins.” Without the serpent, there would be no humanity; without death, there is no life. Cause and effect, good and evil—blurred and intertwined.

Two material combinations are available:
– Titanium body inlaid with bronze and copper
– Bronze body inlaid with titanium and copper

Both options are fully compatible with any BK-2 configuration (Standard Grind or Compound Grind). Titanium is lightweight, rust-resistant, and highly durable. Bronze, on the other hand, carries weight and will oxidize over time, developing a unique patina and character. The choice is entirely yours.
